This survey has been co-designed with local residents, youth advocates, and over ten community groups through our Community Voice workshops. Together, we’ve created a survey that really digs into what matters most: what’s working, what’s strong, and what opportunities we have to grow when we work side by side.

Whether you’re a parent, teacher, coach, business owner, volunteer — or just someone who cares about our next generation — your voice matters. Every response helps us understand what supports young people, the challenges they face, and how our community can continue to nurture their confidence, connection, and wellbeing.

It only takes around 10 minutes to complete, and your insights will directly shape community recommendations, projects, partnerships, and initiatives that make a real difference.

Community Voice Survey Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter: The prize draw is run by Firefly Bay & Basin (“Promoter”), located in NSW, Australia.
2. Eligibility: Open to residents of the Bay & Basin aged 12 years and over. Employees of Firefly and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter: Complete the Community Voice Survey at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/C3DK8LN and fill in your contact details to be eligible for the prize draw. Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. Prize Details:
   • 3 × $100 prepaid Visa gift cards
   • 1 × Jumbuck Phoenix 57cm Charcoal Kettle BBQ (includes 1 × Jumbuck charcoal bag, 1 × utensil set, and $20 local butcher voucher)
5. Draw Date: Entries close at 11:59 PM AEDT on 15 December. Winners will be drawn at random within 7 days of the closing date.
6. Notification: Winners will be contacted via the email provided in the survey and must respond within 14 days to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond, a new winner may be selected.
7. Use of Survey Data:
   • Survey responses will be collected anonymously unless participants provide their contact details to enter the prize draw.
   • Data will be used to generate reports and insights for community planning, consultation, and decision-making.
   • Reporting will not include any identifiable information. Aggregate results may be shared publicly to inform community initiatives, projects, and partnerships.
8. General Conditions:
   • The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the draw at any time.
   • Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
   • By entering, participants consent to the use of their first name and suburb for promotional purposes.
9. Privacy: Personal information collected for the prize draw will only be used to administer the draw and contact winners. All other survey responses will remain confidential as outlined above.
