Youth Voice Jr: Exciting Pitches for Positive Change

Youth Voice jr

At Sanctuary Point Public School, our Youth Voice Jr students have been crafting innovative ideas to make their school even better. Last week, they took a big step forward by recording their pitches for the school’s executive team. It was an inspiring display of creativity, teamwork, and leadership!

Three incredible ideas were put forward:
1️⃣ Fun Days – A proposal to bring more joy and connection to school life through special themed days packed with activities and excitement.
2️⃣ Language Club – A vision to celebrate cultural diversity and expand language skills by introducing a club where students can learn Spanish in a fun and engaging way.
3️⃣ Sports Shed Revitalisation – A plan to breathe new life into the school’s sports shed, making it more organised, accessible, and inspiring for students to get active.

Each pitch was recorded with the help of Maiki and Christine from Firefly, and now, we eagerly await the decision on which idea will come to life.

The students’ dedication and enthusiasm throughout this process have been nothing short of amazing. These pitches showcase their ability to think critically about their school community and find solutions that promote fun, learning, and inclusivity.

We’re so proud of our Youth Voice Jr students and can’t wait to see the winning idea in action. Stay tuned for the announcement! 🎉
